This class is a marriage of methods, research and personal observations that represent the legacy of the Late Bruce Lee. His fighting method commonly referred to as Jeet Kune Do -The way of the intercepting fist was his own personal expression of combat truth. It isn't a style that can be learned, or a set of particular moves or favorite technical skills, but rather a collective understanding of each individual physical,psychological and intellectual insights drawn from a life time of research and development. The material varies from class to class , as needs to stress or develop reflexes, various tools and conditioning needs change. First glance the class may appear to be a boxing class, next night, gung fu kicking or grappling, and MMA the next. Jun Fan is Bruce lee's chinese name and the progression is taught by learning attributes from his boxing, gung fu and kickboxing research. Jeet Kune Do(jkd) is a advanced realm of appling the previous material,after mastering the material in the three preceding areas of study. The instructor is a first generation student of several direct students of Bruce Lee himself.

This class exposes the student to over 1400 years of collective research of the deadly fighting arts of the philippine islands. This weapon based martial art makes us of blades, daggers, sticks, and empty hand fighting. The material seeks to develop multiple reflexes using single stick, double stick, empty hand and knife fighting drawn from war time battled tested methods used effectively for hundreds of years. This is not a stick twirling exercise of fancy tricks, but a means of combat hand to hand , and weaponry that educates practionier to be able to make use of all natural weapons of the body from hitting to biting, and also use of any object as a deadly weapon. Sil_lum Kung Fu Sil-Lum (or Shaolin) Kung-Fu originated in Shao-Lin Temples hundreds of years ago. Although the exact origins are difficult to trace, the birth of Sil-Lum is usually accredited to the Buddhist monk Bodhidharma who introduced the 18 Lohan movements to Shao-Lin monks as a form of exercise. The Lohan eventually gave rise to the five basic animal styles that Kung-Fu is famous for: Crane, Leopard, Tiger, Snake, and Dragon. For the beginner, there are basic control moves designed to defend one against certain grabs, holds, and threatening maneuvers. In addition, the student is taught basic kicks, how to do them properly and effectively, as well as how to punch and block an attacker. The intermediate student learns the more complicated techniques, which include many knife attack defenses, weapons training, sweeps, takedowns, and light sparring, which trains the student to use the techniques learned in a fighting situation. For the long-term student the striving for perfection of form continues. The dedicated will acquire confidence, self-discipline, and build strength of body and character. Also taught is Tai Chi Chuan (The Grand Ultimate), the exercise of choice for a billion people daily. It teaches hand-eye coordination, balance, and relaxation while training effective self-defense movement. This is ideal for maintaining one's health and training one's body to be calm yet responsive. Kung-fu has much to offer everyone due to the adaptive nature of the art.

Qi Gong This class focuses on the meditation and healing aspects of Internal energy. QiGong is an energy cultivation form where the practioner increases the flow of Qi in their body. The exercises incorpoate slow movements combined with breath control to improve overall feeling of health.
Women's Warrior A high energy cardio workout that incorporates proper striking techniques from Ju-Jutsu. Additional training may be given to students on throwing, choking and grappling, to quailfy them for belt ranking in Ju-Jutsu

Aerial Silk Aerial Silks Beginners - Join us for a fun and exciting new way to exercise! Designed for those who have never done aerial work with emphasis on safety, spotting, and stretching. We will slowly introduce basic fundamentals and technique. You'll build core as well as upper body strength -Class prerequisites- Please be within your BMI (body mass index), be able to do 10 sit-up's, 5 push-up's, and hold plank for at least 10 seconds.
